Lindsay was a very passionate, knowledgeable, and positive consultant. She answered every question I had, and the only time that I was a bit confused, she phoned me and elaborated on her initial information; she made sure I was comfortable with everything before letting me off the phone. I also appreciated how she made me stop to reflect on how far my daughter had come in her sleep. As a person who tends to focus on the negative or the things that still need fixing, that was a great reminder for me. We just wrapped our two weeks up with Lindsay! I can’t say enough good things about our experience and all the knowledge we have learned as a family. Like Lindsay, we have twins as well, and we were having a hard time with having the twins go to sleep on their own. Lindsay helped guided us with her expertise and within 3 days they were going to sleep by themselves. We even had a few hiccups in our two weeks (one sick baby and maybe a small little sleep regression resistance) and she provided prompt responses to my questions.
